All the prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to change without notice. We always try to assure of accuracy however Smart Look Beauty can not be held responsible for typographical or photo error on our web site or on any other print or digital media and or publication.
Scheduling an appointment.
To Schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our reservations team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance.
Arrival time.
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive up to 10 mins before your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
Cancellation policy.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please let us know well in advance as a courtesy to other customers. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
Salon étiquette.
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guest’s right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, Blackberry, pager, camera and smoke free zone.
Health conditions.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.
Pregnancy.
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time. Please let us know if you are pregnant or nursing mother when booking your appointment.
Gift vouchers.
Gift voucher available at reception. Gift vouchers are non refundable. Gift voucher are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be redeem after the expiry date. Voucher can be used for treatments only and cannot be used for any over the counter product purchase including Dermalogica. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Voucher can be used only for the treatments available in the salon at the time of using the voucher.
Homecare.
To continue your spa experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available to purchase at reception.
Valuables.
Smart Look Beauty accepts no responsibility for loss of any item or property including valuables and jewellery at any time in the Smart Look Beauty premises. All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for one month, if they are not collected within this time it will be donated to local charities. Liquids, under garments and hairbrushes are kept for 24 hours only.
Prices.
All the prices are correct at the time of posting this website. All Prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change at any time without notice. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.
Eyelash extension.
We take all care and use all our expertise to do eyelash extension however we can not guarantee on how long they last as it is depends on after care. We will give you tips and suggestion for home care. We only suggest how long your eyelash extension could last. All your feedback are welcomed about the treatment. We do not provide money back if eyelash extension does not last long. Any refill will always be chargeable.
IPL Treatments.
For all IPL treatments customers required to take a patch test before any session of treatments.
Patch test is chargeable at current price in salon, patch test is not included in any of our offer or in any of third party offers.
%off discount applies only when bought 6 or more session.
We do not provide refund on IPL treatments. (We buy IPL shots as we sell).
Loyalty Card
Loyalty card holder customers get cheapest treatment on the card free when finished the card. Customers must fill in their details at the back of the card.
Zero tolerance
At Smart Look Beauty we take equality and diversity very seriously and we will not tolerate any form of abuse or harassment towards our staff. Our manager can stop or refuse to carryout any treatments for whoever abuse our staff members.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit card in our salon. We do not accept American Express. All card transaction are subject to 30p transaction charge.
Refund
We do not offer refund for any completed services (If you have any issue please raise it before we finish the treatment). If you feel that you are not being served as you would like please let us know while we are serving you so that we can help you batter and make sure you get the desired result. (for IPL please check IPL treatments above). However if you are not completely satisfied with our service please do not hesitate to contact us.
